Terms of Service

By booking an appointment with Prestige Mobile Barbershop ("Prestige," "we," "our"), you agree to these terms.
1. Service. Prestige provides mobile barbering services from a self-contained van that travels to the client's location in greater Miami, Florida.
2. Booking & deposit. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. The remaining balance is due in person at the time of service. We accept cash and (where available) card.
3. Client responsibilities. You agree to provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for the van to park. You confirm that you are the party responsible for payment and that any contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
4. Conduct. Prestige reserves the right to decline or terminate service for any client who is abusive, intoxicated to the point of being unable to safely receive service, or whose location is unsafe for our barber or equipment. In such cases, the deposit is forfeited.
5. Results. Haircuts are a creative service. While we work to meet your expectations, minor variation in outcome is inherent to hand-cut hair. We do not guarantee specific results.
6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige's total liability for any claim arising out of a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Messaging. See our SMS terms within the Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this site and dated at the top.
